Tiffany was born on 22nd June 06, almost two weeks before my expected delivery date. I was so unprepared that I went shopping for her just the day before she was born. My husband also thought that baby was not going to be born so soon as he commented that I walked very fast in the shopping mall on that day.




Watching Tiffany learning new skills is very satisfying. After the obtainment of MBA and FRM, I thought I no longer required any further study. But now, I have the intention to study child development. Nevertheless, researching good pre-school, playgroups and language courses are my priorities. Some studies suggest that baby as early as 6 months old should start learning languages. I intend to take her to language courses soon. It is not easy to be my child, isn’t it?!


Tiffany at sleep

It was fun watching Tiffany sleep. During her sleep, she would smile unintentionally at one time and wink on the other. Sometimes she would frown in one second and put on a big smile on the next second. This big contrast really makes me laugh. Later on, I learnt that this phenomenon is called the REM (rapid eye movement). Adult undergoes deep sleep before REM, whereas baby undergoes REM before deep sleep.
