Dear all,

It is my honour to be elected as Chairman of the Warwick Graduates’ Association (Hong Kong) for 2009 and to have an opportunity to serve Warwick’s graduates in Hong Kong.

Thanks to the leadership of previous Chairmen, we have a strong and vibrant Warwicker community in Hong Kong. We now reach an exciting time as we prepare for WGAHK’s 15th anniversary. Apart from preparing for the anniversary celebrations, we are also planning the set-up of a Warwick Foundation which is a new university initiative. We will continue to roll our scholarship programme and organise activities which aim to help local Warwickers re-connect and expand their network with other graduates, professional and alumni groups.

As we come to the end of a turbulent year, there will be new challenges and opportunities ahead. On behalf of the executive committee for 2009, I would like to wish you and your family a healthy and prosperous New Year!
