In the foggy morning of
25th April 2004, 20
masked warriors took
their weapons and headed
to Sai Kung. After the
rules were set out by
the instructor, 20 of us
split into two teams.

The first game was
called ¡§Extinction¡¨. We
played in a site
decorated as abandoned
houses and car parks
with lots of unwanted
tires and barrels
scattered around the
area. The team which
first ¡§killed¡¨ all the
enemies won the game.
After lunch, we moved to
another site, which was
a huge forest on the
hill. The team
responsible for the
search had to climb up
the hill in different
ways so as to cover the
entire area and to make
a fast and efficient
attack. We then moved on
to a smaller site for a
flag-grabbing game. The
team who grabbed the red
flag first won the game.
War-games like these
require a lot of
planning, organisation
and teamwork. By the end
of the day, everybody
became like a real
soldier. Though
completely exhausted, we
were all ready to go
back for another game.
