About the Speaker: Chip Tsao 陶傑, also known by his pen name “To Kit” and epithet “First Wit in Hong Kong (香港第一才子)”, is a Hong Kong-based columnist, broadcaster, and writer.

As a broadcaster, he is famous for his wry sense of humour. His writings abound with metaphors, and his best works are notable for their poetical quality. Mr Tsao graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and European Literature from the University of Warwick and a Diploma in International Relations from the London School of Economics in the UK.
